Status Changes Relating to an Approved Sabbatical. Once the faculty member has been approved by the Board of Trustees for a sabbatical activity, it is the faculty member’s responsibility to inform in writing the Sabbatical Committee Chair and the appropriate Vice Chancellor of any change(s) in status with the sabbatical from the time the faculty member knows or should have known of a change.
