Common use of Status of Salary Schedules Clause in Contracts

Status of Salary Schedules. The salary schedules contained in Appendix A are adopted by the School District for the term of this Agreement. The salary schedule is not to be construed as a part of the continuing contract and the schedule contained herein is no longer applicable after June 30, 2017. In the event that a new Agreement has not been mutually adopted by July 1, 2017, teachers will be covered under M.S. § 122A. 40 and the salary for 2017- 2018 will be that stipulated on the individual contract for 2016-2017 until a new Agreement is reached subsequent to July 1, 2017, and the conditions of the new Agreement will determine salaries for 2017-2018.
