STATUS OF THESE ARRANGEMENTS. 1.1. The Partners agree that the provisions of this Schedule 6 (Exit Plan) shall be binding upon them and, where appropriate, shall continue to be binding upon them after the Termination Date until all obligations in the Exit Plan are fulfilled, unless otherwise agreed by the Partners in Writing. Arrangements shall take the form of a legally binding relationship and the mutual commitments between them created by the Arrangements shall be construed accordingly.
