Named Contact means a named Customer contact person who interfaces with Licensor’s support personnel.

In an emergency, an Anchore support engineer may respond to a Software-related issue identified by Customer for someone other than a Named Contact, but only on a one-time exception basis, subject to prompt subsequent verification and involvement of a Named Contact.
