Status Reports and Meetings. Microsoft Project shall be used as project-scheduling tool, based upon the initial project plan that has been exchanged between Gogo and XipLink. XipLink shall maintain a detailed project plan that will specify task dependencies within the project as well as dependencies on Gogo’s activities and commercial item availability. Using this plan as the primary tool, XipLink will be able to modify task orders and priorities as necessary should changes occur with regard to hardware availability or functionality. XipLink will be able to determine whether or not the allocation of additional human resources to the project would benefit the schedule and will be able to provide Gogo with bi-weekly updates to the schedule status.

Status Reports and Meetings following the Effective Date, and every ________ thereafter, Kanbay shall provide Household with a written report setting forth the number of hours utilized by Household for the preceding ________ (the “Utilization Report”). In addition to the Utilization Report, Kanbay shall deliver to Household on a ________ basis a written report (“Status Report”) summarizing Household’s utilization of Kanbay resources, personnel assignments, and the status of various projects. Kanbay senior management and Household representatives shall hold meetings on a ________ basis to review the Status Report and Utilization Report, if applicable, and discuss ongoing performance and utilization issues, and planned or anticipated projects or changes. If any Utilization Report or Status Report reveals excessive under- or over-utilization of Kanbay personnel, the parties will negotiate in good faith an appropriate adjustment to the schedule of Services to be performed, number of FTE’s to be utilized, and/or fees to be paid Kanbay for the Services.
Status Reports and Meetings. Beginning on the Effective Date and ending when Netscape Accepts the ISOCOR Join Engine, ISOCOR shall provide Netscape, no less than once per week, a written report which provides ISOCOR's current status with respect to ISOCOR's development of the Licensed Programs, including but not limited to ISOCOR's progress in relation to its then-current product release schedules. Any information in such written reports shall be deemed Proprietary Information (as defined in Section 9 below) without the need for marking such reports as proprietary.
Status Reports and Meetings. The following requirements pertain to reports and meetings related to implementation of this MOU: A. The USFWS shall provide a monthly report to CALTRANS that documents the time spent by the USFWS staff on CALTRANS projects and activities. The report shall identify the project(s), the type of action (e.g., permit review, endangered species consultation, scoping meetings, etc.), and the time spent on each. B. The USFWS shall provide an annual summary report of progress made under this MOU to CALTRANS Project Officer identified below. This report will describe achievements, including any improvements the USFWS has documented in coordinating and streamlining environmental reviews, and will summarize expenditures to date. This report will be submitted no later than September 1st, and will cover the preceding state fiscal year (July 1-June 30). The report also will identify any recommendations for improving coordination among the Parties to this MOU. C. An appropriate management group from the USFWS and CALTRANS will meet on a quarterly or other mutually agreed upon schedule to review their commitments, raise issues, remedy outstanding concerns, and to consider revisions to the provisions of this MOU. Representatives from the FHWA and/or other agencies may also be invited, if appropriate and agreed to by CALTRANS and the USFWS.

  • Status Reports The Grantee shall submit status reports quarterly, unless otherwise specified in the Attachments, on Exhibit A, Progress Report Form, to Department’s Grant Manager describing the work performed during the reporting period, problems encountered, problem resolutions, scheduled updates, and proposed work for the next reporting period. Quarterly status reports are due no later than twenty (20) days following the completion of the quarterly reporting period. For the purposes of this reporting requirement, the quarterly reporting periods end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31. The Department will review the required reports submitted by Grantee within thirty (30) days.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. Grantee shall submit the final FSR no later than forty-five (45) calendar days following the end of the applicable term.

  • Contractor Sales Reporting Vendor Management Fee Contractor Reports Master Contract Sales Reporting. Contractor shall report total Master Contract sales quarterly to Enterprise Services, as set forth below. Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Contractor shall report quarterly Master Contract sales in Enterprise Services’ Master Contract Sales Reporting System. Enterprise Services will provide Contractor with a login password and a vendor number. The password and vendor number will be provided to the Sales Reporting Representative(s) listed on Contractor’s Bidder Profile. Data. Each sales report must identify every authorized Purchaser by name as it is known to Enterprise Services and its total combined sales amount invoiced during the reporting period (i.e., sales of an entire agency or political subdivision, not its individual subsections). The “Miscellaneous” option may be used only with prior approval by Enterprise Services. Upon request, Contractor shall provide contact information for all authorized purchasers specified herein during the term of the Master Contract. If there are no Master Contract sales during the reporting period, Contractor must report zero sales. Due dates for Master Contract Sales Reporting. Quarterly Master Contract Sales Reports must be submitted electronically by the following deadlines for all sales invoiced during the applicable calendar quarter: March 31: April 30 June 30: July 31 September 30: October 31 December 31: January 31 Vendor Management Fee. Contractor shall pay to Enterprise Services a vendor management fee (“VMF”) of 1.50 percent on the purchase price for all Master Contract sales (the purchase price is the total invoice price less applicable sales tax). The sum owed by Contractor to Enterprise Services as a result of the VMF is calculated as follows: Amount owed to Enterprise Services = Total Master Contract sales invoiced (not including sales tax) x .0150. The VMF must be rolled into Contractor’s current pricing. The VMF must not be shown as a separate line item on any invoice unless specifically requested and approved by Enterprise Services. Enterprise Services will invoice Contractor quarterly based on Master Contract sales reported by Contractor. Contractors are not to remit payment until they receive an invoice from Enterprise Services. Contractor’s VMF payment to Enterprise Services must reference this Master Contract number, work request number (if applicable), the year and quarter for which the VMF is being remitted, and the Contractor’s name as set forth in this Master Contract, if not already included on the face of the check. Failure to accurately report total net sales, to submit a timely usage report, or remit timely payment of the VMF, may be cause for Master Contract termination or the exercise of other remedies provided by law. Without limiting any other available remedies, the Parties agree that Contractor’s failure to remit to Enterprise Services timely payment of the VMF shall obligate Contractor to pay to Enterprise Services, to offset the administrative and transaction costs incurred by the State to identify, process, and collect such sums. The sum of $200.00 or twenty-five percent (25%) of the outstanding amount, whichever is greater, or the maximum allowed by law, if less. Enterprise Services reserves the right, upon thirty (30) days advance written notice, to increase, reduce, or eliminate the VMF for subsequent purchases, and reserves the right to renegotiate Master Contract pricing with Contractor when any subsequent adjustment of the VMF might justify a change in pricing. Annual Master Contract Sales Report. Upon request, Contractor shall provide to Enterprise Services a detailed annual Master Contract sales report. Such report shall include, at a minimum: Product description, part number or other Product identifier, per unit quantities sold, and Master Contract price. This report must be provided in an electronic format that can be read by compatible with MS Excel. Small Business Inclusion. Upon Request by Enterprise Services, Contractor shall provide, within thirty (30) days, an Affidavit of Amounts Paid. Such Affidavit of Amounts Paid either shall state, if applicable, that Contractor still maintains its MWBE certification or state that its subcontractor(s) still maintain(s) its/their MWBE certification(s) and specify the amounts paid to each certified MWBE subcontractor under this Master Contract. Contractor shall maintain records supporting the Affidavit of Amounts Paid in accordance with this Master Contract’s records retention requirements.

  • EDD Independent Contractor Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the state.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Contractors. An independent Contractor is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies.
