Statutory Holiday Falling on a Regularly Scheduled Day Off. When a Statutory Holiday falls on a Full-time Employee’s regularly scheduled day off and the Employee does not work the Statutory Holiday, the Employee shall be granted a day off in lieu with pay within four (4) weeks before or after the date the Statutory Holiday occurs.
