Statutory Holidays During Vacations. Where Statutory Holidays or Public Holidays declared by the Council of the Corporation occur while an employee is on annual holiday, or Saturday or Sunday, extra days in lieu of such holidays shall be granted. Such extra days are to be at the weekend.
