STATUTORY RESPONSIBILITIES. The Board agrees to abide by the Education Act, the Employment Standards Act, the Labour Relations Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Ontario Human Rights Code and any other prevailing statutes governing education and employment in Ontario, and all regulations thereunder, except as provided herein.
