Objection Date 60 days after entry of this Preliminary Approval Order. Opt-Out Date 60 days after entry of this Preliminary Approval Order.
Stay/Bar of Other Proceedings. In connection with the Settlement, the Parties will seek a stay of the prosecution of all Released Claims currently being asserted or which may be asserted by or on behalf of any person in the Settlement Class in any forum against any of the Defendants or any of the other Released Parties pending final approval of this Settlement, except as may be necessary to implement the Settlement or comply with the terms of the Agreement. The Preliminary Approval Order shall provide that, pending final determination of whether the Settlement should be approved, neither the Plaintiffs nor any Settlement Class Member, either directly or in a representative or other capacity, nor any person or entity allegedly acting on behalf of the Settlement Class or any Settlement Class Member, shall commence or prosecute against any of the Defendants, or against any of the other Released Parties, any action or proceeding in any court or tribunal asserting any of the Released Claims, provided, however, that the injunction shall not apply to individual claims of any Claims Class Members who timely exclude themselves from the Claims Class in a manner that complies with paragraph 9.3
