The selection right shall belong to our company. 2.3 Repair, replacement, supply additional modules, or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive performances guaranteed under this Limited Product Warranty and shall not extend beyond the period set forth herein. 2.4 As for the modules beyond the product warranty period, our company provide paid services: repair, or replacement, or supply modules. The related business should be determined through mutual consultation.
STC. 5.1 The STC is hereby given contractual effect between and made binding upon each Party with effect from the Effective Date. 5.2 With effect from the Effective Date, each Party undertakes to each other Party to comply with and to perform its obligations in accordance with and subject to the STC.

  • WSIB & LTD An Employee who is receiving benefits under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, or under an LTD plan, is not entitled to benefits under a school board’s sick leave and short-term disability plan for the same condition unless the employee is on a graduated return to work program then WSIB/LTD remains the first payor. For clarity, where an employee is receiving partial benefits under WSIB/LTD, they may be entitled to receive benefits under the sick leave plan, subject to the circumstances of the specific situation. During the interim period from the date of the injury/incident or illness to the date of the approval by the WSIB/LTD of the claim, the employee may access sick leave and short-term leave and disability coverage. A reconciliation of sick leave deductions made and payments provided, will be undertaken by the school board once the WSIB/LTD has adjudicated and approved the claim. In the event that the WSIB/LTD does not approve the claim, the school board shall deal with the absence consistent with the terms of the sick leave and short-term leave and disability plans.

  • DNSSEC Registry Operator shall sign its TLD zone files implementing Domain Name System Security Extensions (“DNSSEC”). During the Term, Registry Operator shall comply with RFCs 4033, 4034, 4035, 4509 and their successors, and follow the best practices described in RFC 4641 and its successors. If Registry Operator implements Hashed Authenticated Denial of Existence for DNS Security Extensions, it shall comply with RFC 5155 and its successors. Registry Operator shall accept public-­‐key material from child domain names in a secure manner according to industry best practices. Registry shall also publish in its website the DNSSEC Practice Statements (DPS) describing critical security controls and procedures for key material storage, access and usage for its own keys and secure acceptance of registrants’ public-­‐key material. Registry Operator shall publish its DPS following the format described in XXX 0000.
