Additional Modules. The College reserves the right to request the Consultant to provide or develop additional modules during the duration of the agreement.
Additional Modules. At Client's request from time to time during the Development Term (as defined in Paragraph 5), as Phase II of the Project Developer agrees, if requested, to design, develop, implement, test and launch Additional Modules subject to the fee schedule contained on Exhibit B, but only to the extent that the requests are made in accordance with the Schedule annexed hereto as EXHIBIT B (the "Schedule"). Additional Modules may update and expand the entire Site, but also may include new material for the original Launch Module.
Additional Modules. By written notice to GCR, Licensee may add additional modules identified on Attachment A (Software) to the Software; if Licensee provides such notice, the Parties will execute an amendment updating Attachment A (Software).
Additional Modules. 5.1 Subject to clause 4.1 and clause 4.3, the Customer may, from time to time during the Term, purchase any Additional Modules outlined in Schedule 1 (Annual Contract Licence Fees) and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such Additional Modules in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
5.2 If the Customer wishes to purchase Additional Modules, the Customer shall notify the Supplier in writing. The Supplier shall evaluate such request for Additional Modules and respond to the Customer with approval or rejection of the request (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld). Where the Supplier approves the request, the Supplier shall activate the Additional Modules within [insert number] days of its approval of the Customer's request.
5.3 If the Supplier approves the Customer's request to purchase Additional Modules, the Customer shall, within thirty (30) days of the date of the Supplier's invoice, pay to the Supplier the relevant fees for such Additional Modules as set out in Schedule 1 (Annual Contract Licence Fees) and, if such Additional Modules are purchased by the Customer part way through the Initial Term or any Renewal Period (as applicable), such fees shall be pro-rated from the date of activation by the Supplier for the remainder of the Initial Term or then current Renewal Period (as applicable).
Additional Modules. As technology changes or unanticipated needs arise, the Lessor will modify, adapt, create or otherwise make whatever changes as appropriate or needed. It is understood that for any and all new projects; requirements and estimated costs associated to work will be mutually agreed upon, and in writing. Lessee may at any time by written order, make changes to the Scope of Work. If changes not contemplated in the current Software are requested by Lessee which causes an increase in Lessor’s cost or time required for performance of any services under this Agreement, an equitable adjustment shall be made and this Agreement shall be modified in writing. The software is subject to and/or includes third party subscriptions, compliances and certifications in its products. CDP is subject to these fee(s) and subsequent increases in the fee(s) charged in connection with CDP’s software, including but not limited to these third-party subscriptions, compliances and certifications, and may pass these increases in fee(s) to the client. Client will be required to pay the increase in fee(s) beginning thirty
Additional Modules. Additional Modules may update and expand the entire Site, but also may include new material for the original Launch Module. It is anticipated by Developer and Client that _______(_) Additional Modules will be requested during the first contract year during the Development Term, and ________(_) in the second contract year during the Development Term, each one every _______(__) months. For each Additional Module, Developer shall:
(i) after discussions with Client, submit proposed designs to Client;
(ii) develop and deliver necessary HTML programming;
(iii) develop and deliver necessary CGI programming;
(iv) develop and deliver necessary functional specifications, user interface and user interface specifications, technical and design documentation and specifications, and search and retrieval software;
(v) conduct a soft launch (a Beta test) to Client's reasonable satisfaction; (vi) transfer Additional Module files to Client's server;
(vii) amend the Site's maintenance manual and troubleshooting guide to include the Additional Module; and
(viii) launch the new Additional Module.
Additional Modules. At Client's request from time to time during the Development Term (as defined in Paragraph 5), as Phase III of the Project, and if the additional terms and conditions of such activities can be agreed to between Client and Developer, Developer agrees, if requested, to design, develop, implement, test and launch additional components ("ADDITIONAL MODULES"). Additional Modules may update and expand the entire Site, but also may include new material for the original Launch Module.
Additional Modules. Charges for Additional Modules shall be per the above Rate Card or as outlined in the relevant MOF.
Additional Modules. Cloud Detection and Response (“CDR”). Customers may license CDR for Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and any such other cloud IaaS and SaaS environments that Arctic Wolf may agree to monitor at a frequency agreed upon with Customer. Customer’s election to license such CDR feature will be set forth on an Order Form. If licensed as part of the Solution, Arctic Wolf will provide detection and response for the respective IaaS and SaaS environments as described herein.
Additional Modules. Customer may request to have modules in addition to those listed on Exhibit B developed by DynaMark for Customer pursuant to a written request. All terms and conditions set forth herein shall apply to such additional modules to the Chase Database developed by DynaMark for Customer, unless expressly agreed in writing otherwise.
