(Step 2) Grievance Reduced to Writing. If no settlement has been reached at Step 1, the employee and/or his/her designated Council representative may advance the grievance to Step 2 reducing the grievance to writing on a form provided by the Council, and presenting same to the "next appropriate line administrator.” The written statement of grievance must be so presented within ten calendar days of the Step 1 meeting and must contain at least the following: - Statement of grievance. - Reference to the article and/or section of the agreement which is claimed to have been violated, misinterpreted or misapplied. - Remedy sought.
