(Step 2) Grievance Reduced to Writing. If no settlement has been reached at Step 1, the employee and/or his/her designated Union representative may advance the grievance to Step 2, reducing the grievance to writing on a form provided by the Union, and presenting same to the Principal of the school where the employee primarily works The written statement of grievance must be so presented within ten (10) calendar days of the Step 1 meeting and must contain at least the following: - Statement of grievance. - Reference to the article and/or section of the Agreement which is claimed to have been violated, misinterpreted or misapplied. - Remedy sought.
