Step 2 - Written Grievance. 6.3.2.1 In the event the matter is not resolved at Step 1, the grievance (stated in writing on the form provided for such purpose) shall be submitted to the Executive Director of Human Resources or designee within ten (10) workdays following the date on which the Union received written response from Step 1. 6.3.2.2 Within ten (10) workdays after receiving the written grievance, the Executive Director of Human Resources or designee shall meet with the grievant and the Union representative in an effort to resolve the grievance. The Executive Director of Human Resources or designee shall indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) workdays after such meeting and shall furnish a copy of his/her decision to the Union representative and the grievant.
