Common use of Step 2 - Written Grievance Clause in Contracts

Step 2 - Written Grievance. a. In the event the employee believes the grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved, the employee shall submit the grievance in writing to the supervisor within ten (10) calendar days after the receipt of the immediate supervisor's verbal response. The employee shall file one (1) copy with the Human Resources Department and with the Union.

Step 2 - Written Grievance. a. In the event the employee believes the grievance has not been satisfactorily resolved, the employee shall submit the grievance in writing to the supervisor (except as indicated in Paragraph D, below) within ten seven (107) calendar working days after the receipt of the immediate supervisor's verbal response. The employee grievant shall file one (1) copy with the Human Resources Department and with the UnionDepartment.
