Step Three (Governing Board). If the grievance is not settled in Step 2 and the grievant desires to appeal, it shall be referred, in writing, by the grievant to the Governing Board within ten (10) days after the answer in Step 2. The Governing Board shall, at its next regular meeting after receipt of the appeal, conduct a hearing on the grievance. The Governing Board shall give its written answer to the grievant within ten (10) days after the Board meeting.
