STEP TWO - SUPERINTENDENT or DESIGNEE. If the grievance is not satisfactorily adjusted at Step One, the grievant or the association representative may submit the `grievance in writing to the Superintendent or designee within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of response at Step One.
