STEP XX. 0 1. The Operations Manager and the xxxxxxx shall meet and endeavour to arrange a satisfactory settlement within five (5) working days. The Operations Manager shall provide his reply in writing within five (5) working days of the step 2 meeting. If settlement cannot be arranged the next step of the grievance procedure may be invoked.
