Common use of Still birth, Miscarriage Clause in Contracts

Still birth, Miscarriage. A pregnant employee who experiences a still birth or miscarriage during her pregnancy leave will end her pregnancy leave on the later of the day that is 17 (seventeen) weeks after the pregnancy leave began or the day that is 6 (six) weeks after the birth, still birth or miscarriage. Such an employee is no longer entitled to parental leave. She should notify the Employer as soon as possible of her expected date of return to work.
