Notice to begin leave. An employee shall notify the Employer, in writing, at least two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of her pregnancy leave. This notice shall include if requested by the Employer a medical certificate from a legally qualified medical practitioner stating the expected date of birth.

Notice to begin leave. An employee shall give the Employer, as much written notice as possible but in any event no less than two (2) weeks prior to the commencement of his/her parental leave. This notice shall state the expected date for which the child is to come under her care and control.
