Storage and In-Transit Limits. Except as otherwise agreed by Owner and Construction Manager, sub-limits for losses arising from materials, supplies and equipment in transit or in storage off the Site of the Work shall be as follows: $2,500,000.00 (each sublimit). All such coverage must be written with insurance companies authorized by the state in which the Project is located to provide such insurance coverage in such state and must be written under either standard forms approved by the Department of Insurance of the State of Arkansas or forms of policies satisfactory to Owner. Owner, in its sole discretion, shall determine whether to purchase coverage for flood perils and the terms of any such coverage. If Construction Manager is required to furnish Builders Risk and is required to add such coverage to its Builders Risk, Owner shall pay such additional premium charge for flood perils coverage by direct payment to Construction Manager’s carrier, outside the Contract Sum and without any mark-up for Construction Manager’s Fee.

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Use of Basement and Service Areas The basement(s) and service areas, if any, as located within the (project name), shall be earmarked for purposes such as parking spaces and services including but not limited to electric sub-station, transformer, DG set rooms, underground water tanks, pump rooms, maintenance and service rooms, fire fighting pumps and equipment's etc. and other permitted uses as per sanctioned plans. The Allottee shall not be permitted to use the services areas and the basements in any manner whatsoever, other than those earmarked as parking spaces, and the same shall be reserved for use by the association of allottees formed by the Allottees for rendering maintenance services.

  • Specific Order Processes and Requirements 1. Distributor will order Software from SAP using and filling out completely such forms and minimum order requirements as SAP may prescribe from time to time and must comply with any then-current order process for the specific Software product. Where applicable, Distributor agrees to use the electronic means provided by SAP for placing orders.

In order to access this third-party system, the product registration code is passed from the Software to the SOTI and/or its suppliers LBS Server, which in turn requests a non-identifying token from Microsoft’s Bing Maps service on behalf of the end user.

  • Service Use Restrictions In connection with your use of the Services, you sha l not in any way transmit, publish, post, upload, disseminate, or distribute any (i) corrupted files, viruses, trojan horses, worms, spyware, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other similar software or programs; and/or ( i) defamatory, infringing, vulgar, sexua ly explicit, obscene, indecent, o fensive, inappropriate, profane, or unlawful content or any hate speech (i.e., racist/discriminatory speech).   • Permitted License Uses and Restrictions (a) This Order Form Supplement allows you, as an authorized User under the Master Subscription Agreement, to use the Software on any Supported Device and on no other devices.

  • Deposit Limits We reserve the right to impose limits on the amount(s) and/or number of deposits that you transmit using the Services and to modify such limits from time to time.
