Storage Lockers. Storage lockers may be available on a first come/first served basis for a nominal monthly fee. Landlord makes no guarantee as to availability or security of any common storage area and assumes no liability for items misplaced, stolen, damaged or otherwise harmed. Articles left in the storage lockers after the lease expiration are subject to removal without notice or reimbursement. Landlord reserves the right to enter the storage locker and remove any contents which may pose a threat to the building or persons or are otherwise deemed noxious or offensive. No uncaged pets are allowed in any apartment under any circumstances without the prior written approval of the landlord. There is a penalty of $200.00 per month per pet for any pet found on site and not under the provision of a pet lease addendum.

Self-conducted or instructor led fitness classes are strictly prohibited.

Household Maker Members are entitled to reservation of one small locker at no additional cost. Household PRO Maker Members are entitled to reservation of one large locker at no additional cost.

As a resident service, Landlord will accept resident packages (maximum weight 40 pounds each) delivered during normal business hours at Landlord’s office address (XxXxxxx Companies LLC, 000 X. Xxxxxx Street, suite 104, Madison, WI 53703, 608.284.1800) and deliver same to the inside of residents’ apartments at no cost with no prior notice required. The storage lockers are not guaranteed against theft, vandalism or destruction of items. Seller makes no representation as to the security of the storage lockers. The Association may regulate what is stored in the storage lockers. Each owner will be responsible for any damage caused by the owner’s use of, or items stored in, a storage locker.
