Common use of STORE VISITS Clause in Contracts

STORE VISITS. In order to observe conditions existing under this Agreement and to settle grievances, representatives of the Union shall have the right to visit the stores. (1) employee at a time and shall be conducted with the least possible interference with store operations. Such meetings shall be held on the premises in a place designated by the store manager. In instances when employees are working during hours that the stores are closed to the public, the Union may request a list of the employees involved and the hours worked.
