Storm Drainage Plan. BV shall prepare a goal(s) statement and storm drainage-related objectives for the planning period and should include construction-related and policy–related recommendations regarding storm drainage improvements. To the extent possible, objectives shall be stated in quantifiable terms and target dates set for their achievement. General improvements to meet standards and disaster resiliency needs for at least the first five to ten years shall be stated and include: a) Priorities; b) Estimated costs; and c) Sources of possible funding. • Using the base map for illustrative purposes, BV shall prepare a Future Storm Drainage Map illustrating phased improvements related to storm drainage in relation to the existing conditions and topographic features.
