Straight Time Pay and Straight Time Compensatory Time. A. Permanent full-time and part-time employees are eligible to receive straight time pay or straight time compensatory time off for hours worked in excess of the employee’s daily number of scheduled hours that do not qualify for overtime pay as described in section 7.1, above.
