Street Standards. The Subdivision Regulations shall apply to the development of the Property, in accordance with the Thoroughfare and Future Land Use Plan of the City date July 18, 2017, attached hereto as Exhibit I, except as modified as follows: FM 156 – Necessary Right of Way has been acquired by TXDOT. Center Boulevard – Ultimate design section of Seventy-Four Feet (74’) Right of Way with Forty Feet (40’) concrete roadway to be constructed in conjunction with the development of the Commercial Tract. Initial Roadway Section to be constructed with Residential Subdivision as Interior Roadway per section 5.04 (d).

Street Standards. The street improvements for all streets scheduled for dedication to the City shall be designed and constructed by Developer to p rovide for a 50-year life as determined by the City Engineer.
Street Standards. All Infrastructure Improvements and any other construction or Work performed in the public right of way by the Owner, its agents or assigns, pursuant to these Infrastructure Conditions and the Final Plans shall fully comply with all applicable design parameters and construction standards as provided in the DPW Better Streets Manual, DPW standards manual, DPW Geotechnical Guidelines, DPW Constructions Notes, DPW Pavement Design Guidelines, all applicable VDOT requirements, including but not limited to the VDOT Road and Bridge Specifications and all standards and guidelines of the VDOT Materials Division, and any additional guidelines and standards established by the City, latest revisions, which shall be provided in advance and in writing to the Owner upon request.
Street Standards. Except as otherwise identified herein (including in Section 6 hereof), all internal, unclassified roadways shall be improved according to City specifications for residential streets (ACCHD Development Standards). In addition to (and without limiting) the foregoing:

  • Financial Management Standards The financial management systems of Grantee must meet the following standards:

  • REPORT STANDARDS Reports or written material prepared by the Contractor in response to the requirements of this Contract or request of the Project Officer shall, unless otherwise provided for in the Contract, meet standards of professional writing established for the type of report or written material provided, shall be thoroughly researched for accuracy of content, shall be grammatically correct and not contain spelling errors, shall be submitted in a format approved in advance by the Project Officer, and shall be submitted for advance review and comment by the Project Officer. The cost of correcting grammatical errors, correcting report data, or other revisions required to bring the report or written material into compliance with these requirements shall be borne by the Contractor. When submitting documents to APS, The Contractor shall comply with the following guidelines: All submittals and copies shall be printed on at least thirty percent (30%) recycled-content and/or tree-free paper; All submittals must be in the required tabular format in a binder. Report covers / binders shall be recyclable, made from recycled materials, and/or easily removable to allow for recycling of report pages (reports with glued bindings that meet all other requirements are acceptable); The use of plastic covers or dividers should be avoided; and Unnecessary attachments or documents not specifically asked for should not be submitted, and superfluous use of paper should be avoided.

  • Procurement Standards For projects being managed by the Local Government and on the State highway system or that include state funding, the Local Government must obtain approval from the State for its proposed procurement procedure for the selection of a professional services provider, a contractor for a construction or maintenance project, or a materials provider.

  • Property Standards Owner must maintain the Unit, and any common areas of the property accessible to the Tenant under the Lease, in decent, safe and sanitary condition and comply with all applicable state or local codes and requirements for rental properties. Upon notice by the Program Administrator following any inspection (whether conducted in-person or virtually in accordance with the Program guidelines), Owner will promptly correct any violations of Program requirements and this Contract. If the Owner fails to correct such violations, the Program Administrator may terminate this Contract and the Rental Assistance Payment even if the Tenant continues occupancy under the Lease.   • ETHICAL STANDARDS 10.7.1 Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Developer shall adopt written policies establishing ethical standards of conduct for all Developer-Related Entities (other than NTTA), including Developer’s supervisory and management personnel, in dealing with (a) TxDOT and the Independent Engineer and (b) employment relations. Such policy shall be subject to review and comment by TxDOT prior to adoption. Such policy shall include standards of ethical conduct concerning the following:

  • Development Standards 9.1 Developer shall comply with the requirements contained in the Annexation Agreement and any other duly executed agreement related to the Property, except as specifically amended by this Agreement.

  • Technical Standards The Generation System shall be installed and operated by the Interconnection Customer consistent with the requirements of this Agreement; the Technical Requirements; the applicable requirements located in the National Electrical Code (NEC); the applicable standards published by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE); and local building and other applicable ordinances in effect at the time of the installation of the Generation System.
