STRIKES AND PICKET LINES. a) There shall be no strikes, work stoppages, job action or lockouts, or intimidation under this Agreement, excepting those strikes as provided under the Federal Labour Code. All disputes and grievances of either Party shall be settled as quickly as possible under the Grievance Procedure outlined herein. In the event of a strike, by a Labour Group other than those covered by this Agreement, involving the Employer’s property or operations, the employees will remain on the job in accordance with their obligations under the Canada Labour Code, unless to do so would endanger the life of the employee.
