Common use of STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS Clause in Contracts

STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS. In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, during the life of the Agreement, there shall be no strike or stoppage of work either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout.

STRIKES OR LOCKOUTS. 6.01 In view of the orderly procedures established by this Agreement for the settling of disputes and the handling of grievances, the Union agrees that, that during the life of the this Agreement, there shall will be no strike strike, picketing, slowdown or stoppage of work work, either complete or partial, and the Employer agrees that there will be no lockout.
