Student Advisement and College Service a. The President of the College or the President’s designee shall evaluate, except for tenured unit members during a non-evaluation year, the performance of the unit member's assigned duties and responsibilities consistent with the criteria established in this Article. The procedure for evaluating performance shall be as hereinafter described.
