Financial Records 26.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall prepare and maintain accurate and complete financial records. Financial records shall be retained by CONTRACTOR for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of final payment under this Contract, or until all pending COUNTY, State, and federal audits are completed, whichever is later.
Records and Financial Audit The Contractor shall maintain detailed time and expenditure records that indicate the date; time, nature and cost of services rendered during the Agreement’s term and effect and retain them for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment under this Agreement. The records shall be subject to inspection by the Agency, the Department of Finance and Administration and the State Auditor. Financial Records and Reports Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Participant’s relevant financial records associated with this Agreement shall not be subject to examination or audit by NASA.
Management and Financial Controls At all times, the School shall maintain appropriate governance and management procedures and financial controls which shall include, but not be limited to: (a) budgets, (b) accounting policies and procedures, (c) payroll procedures,
Certified Payroll Records The records required in Labor Code section 1776 shall be required to be kept and submitted to the City of San Diego, but will not be required to be submitted online with the DIR directly. The Design Professional will need to keep those records for at least three years following the completion of the Agreement. (Labor Code section 1771.4).
Criminal Records Bureau Checks 16) The Academy shall comply with the requirements of paragraph 4 of the Schedule to the Education (Independent School Standards) (England) Regulations 2003 (as amended) in relation to carrying out enhanced criminal records checks, obtaining enhanced criminal records certificates and making any further checks, as required and appropriate for members of staff, supply staff, individual Governors and the Chair of the Governing Body. Audit and Records A. The Contractor (and Contractor’s suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, insurance agents and other agents) shall maintain and the OWNER shall have the right to examine books, records, documents, accounting procedures and practices and any other supporting evidence deemed necessary by the OWNER to substantiate compliance with the terms of this Contract, including, but not limited to, costs and charges of whatever nature related to, incurred, and/or anticipated to be incurred, in the performance of this Contract. Such right of examination shall include inspection at all reasonable times of the Contractor’s office or facilities or such parts thereof as may be engaged in the performance of this Contract, and reasonable access to and cooperation by all Contractor personnel who have worked on or have knowledge related to the performance of this Contract.
Personnel Records (A) There shall be only one official personnel file for each employee, which shall be maintained by the employing agency. Information in an employee’s official personnel file may be maintained in electronic as well as paper form.
MARC Records When applicable to the Licensed Materials, at Licensee’s request, Licensor shall provide full OCLC-quality batched sets of MARC records incorporating Licensee specifications at no additional cost by the date of the execution of this License Agreement. Updates to existing records and new title records, matching the schedule of release and delivery of new publications, will be provided on a mutually agreed-upon schedule and in a format that renders them useful to the Licensee and/or the Participating Institutions.
