Common use of Student Assessment Clause in Contracts

Student Assessment. 3.3.1 The Charter School shall be subject to and comply with all requirements related to the state assessment and accountability system for public schools. 3.3.2 Nothing in this section prohibits the Charter School or the Authority from assessing student learning outside of and in addition to the state’s testing program. 3.3.3 Educational program matters not specifically identified in this Charter Contract shall remain within the Charter School’s authority and discretion.
