Customer Property Customer Property is and shall remain your sole and exclusive property. “Customer Property” means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services. Customer Property may also contain Personal Information which is defined in Section 5.
Student Records The School shall maintain student records for current and former students in accordance with the requirements of State and federal law, including the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1232g, as may be amended from time to time.
Fitness for Duty Examination A. In directing employees to undergo a fitness for duty examination, the Agency will observe applicable rules and regulations.
Personal Files 2.5.1 The employer shall ensure that personal files are held in a secure place and access is confined to authorised personnel and the principal concerned.
Student Services 1. Students taking college classes for dual credit may utilize the same services that are available to other MCC students. MCC is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient access to such services as academic advising, learning materials (e.g., library resources), and other services for which the student may be eligible. [TAC 19, Part 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter D, §4.85 (g)(2)]
Inventory Management The Subrecipient must submit an annual statement identifying the status of all equipment and non-real property items purchased with ESG funds by the contract termination date. The status report should inventory all equipment and non-real properties purchased with ESG funds and state the condition of the equipment and its location.
Goods For purposes of the Contract, all things which are movable at the time that the Contract is effective and which include, without limiting this definition, supplies, materials and equipment, as specified in the Invitation to Bid and set forth in Exhibit A.
Audit Rights Period for Construction-Related Accounts and Records Accounts and records related to the design, engineering, procurement, and construction of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be subject to audit for a period of twenty-four months following Connecting Transmission Owner’s issuance of a final invoice in accordance with Article 12.2 of this Agreement.
PROHIBITION ON CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES BOYCOTTING ISRAEL CERTIFICATION As required by Chapter 2271 of the Texas Local Government Code the Contractor must verify that it 1) does not boycott Israel; and 2) will not boycott Israel during the term of the Contract. Pursuant to Section 2271.001, Texas Government Code:
Personal Services Contracts 95. a. Departments shall notify the Union of proposed personal services contracts where such services could potentially be performed by represented classifications. Such notification shall occur no later than the date a department sends out requests for proposals.
