Student Monitor Salary Schedules—Employees Hired Prior to July. 1, 2005 Student Monitor employees hired prior to July 1, 2005, shall be paid according to the salary schedule list below: 2009/2010 Salary Schedule (Hired prior to July 1, 2005) This schedule reflects a 0% increase over the 2008/2009 schedule. Classification 1st Year 2nd Year 3rd Year 4th Year SM-1 $14.04 $14.18 $14.66 $15.42 5-cent per hour premium for employees on the second shift A one time lump sum payment of .625% of each employees 2009/2010 Local 4 earnings will be paid before the end of July 2010 on a regular check date. The District will make every attempt to make this payment on a different check from the vacation check. To be eligible an employee must work through June 30, 2010. Employees retiring through MPSERS before June 30, 2010 will also be eligible for the .625% lump sum payment upon their retirement. 2010/2011 Salary Schedule (Hired prior to July 1, 2005) This schedule reflects a 0% increase over the 2009/2010 schedule. Parties also agree that there will be no step advancement for the 2010/2011 contract year.   • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually.   • Written Employee Jury Service Policy 1. Unless the Contractor has demonstrated to the County’s satisfaction either that the Contractor is not a “Contractor” as defined under the Jury Service Program (Section 2.203.020 of the County Code) or that the Contractor qualifies for an exception to the Jury Service Program (Section 2.203.070 of the County Code), the Contractor shall have and adhere to a written policy that provides that its Employees shall receive from the Contractor, on an annual basis, no less than five days of regular pay for actual jury service. In the event the Employee exhausts his/her sick/short-term disability leave allocation from the previous year and continues to work part-time, their salary will be reduced accordingly and a pro-rated sick/short-term allocation for the employee’s working portion of the current year will be provided. The new pro-rated sick/short-term leave allocation may not be used to top-up from part-time to full-time hours. Any changes to hours of work during a fiscal year shall result in an adjustment to the allocation.

  • Supplemental Employment Benefit for Maternity and Parental Leave 8.5.1 Effective April 1, 2002, when on maternity or parental leave, an employee will receive a supplemental payment added to Employment Insurance benefits as follows:

  • Automatic Renewal Clauses Incorporated in Awarded Vendor Agreements with TIPS Members Resulting from the Solicitation and with the Vendor Named in this Agreement. No Agreement for goods or services with a TIPS Member by the awarded vendor named in this Agreement that results from the solicitation award named in this Agreement, may incorporate an automatic renewal clause that exceeds month to month terms with which the TIPS Member must comply. All renewal terms incorporated in an Agreement by the vendor with the TIPS Member shall only be valid and enforceable when the vendor receives written confirmation by purchase order, executed Agreement or other written instruction issued by the TIPS Member for any renewal period. The purpose of this clause is to avoid a TIPS Member inadvertently renewing an Agreement during a period in which the governing body of the TIPS Member has not properly appropriated and budgeted the funds to satisfy the Agreement renewal. This term is not negotiable and any Agreement between a TIPS Member and a TIPS awarded vendor with an automatic renewal clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2
