The Student Personal Safety clause establishes the obligation of an educational institution to take reasonable measures to protect students from harm while they are under its care. This may include implementing safety protocols, conducting regular risk assessments, and providing staff training to address potential hazards on campus or during school-sponsored activities. Student Personal Safety. Personal contact information may not be entered on Internet sites open to public access. This includes student address, phone numbers, personal e-mail addresses and other personal information.
