Student Success Team Sample Clauses

The Student Success Team clause establishes a designated group responsible for supporting and monitoring student progress within an educational program. Typically, this team may include teachers, counselors, administrators, and other relevant staff who collaborate to identify students' needs, develop intervention plans, and track outcomes. By formalizing the creation and operation of such a team, the clause ensures that students receive coordinated support, thereby addressing academic or behavioral challenges more effectively and promoting overall student achievement.
