STUDENT-WORKERS PROGRAM a. Student-Workers may be placed, should the Board so elect, in the maintenance areas of mechanics, carpentry, electrical and plumbing. b. Student-Workers are not included in the recognition clauses of the collective bargaining agreement between Local 517M-SEIU and the Saginaw Board of Education. c. The involved employees in the four maintenance departments shall be directly involved in the interview process of the Student-Workers Program. d. The Student-Workers Program shall be evaluated, at a minimum, once every three months. The involved employees within the four maintenance departments shall be directly involved in the evaluation process. e. It is agreed that the provisions of this "Student-Workers Program" agreement may be extended by mutual agreement.
