Study abroad plan. At the same time as publication of the notice regarding the outcome of the selection, information will be given about the method for finalizing the study abroad plans (Learning Agreements) and associated academic recognition thereof. Indicatively, this should take place between the end of March and mid-June 2024, with the deadlines depending on the specific locations. Students are solely responsible for preparing the course recognition proposals (proposte di riconoscimento esami) to be submitted to their own area’s Academic Coordinator. It is also up to students to attend to all the application formalities at the host universities by the deadlines to be communicated. Failure to comply with the specified procedures and deadlines may lead to exclusion from the exchange program.
