Study Committee Regarding Physical Fitness. During the pendency of this Agreement, a study committee, consisting of four (4) representatives from the State and four VSEA representatives from the combined Supervisory and Corrections Bargaining units, shall be created to examine the creation of appropriate physical fitness standards and appropriate incentives. The recommendations of the study committee will be considered by the parties in bargaining for the 2003-2005 Agreement.
