Sub-Phases. The Parties intend that Sub-Phases allow for more detailed planning of smaller-scale areas within the Major Phase. Sub-Phase boundaries shall correspond to the boundaries in applicable Subdivision Maps or as otherwise set forth in the Major Phase Approval. The Agency’s consideration and Approval of each Sub-Phase Application in the manner set forth in the DRDAP (each, as amended from time to time, a “Sub-Phase Approval”) is required before the Agency’s consideration of and grant of a Vertical Approval for any Vertical Improvements for that Sub-Phase.

Sub-Phases. The Parties intend that Sub-Phases allow for more detailed planning of smaller-scale areas within the Major Phase, subject to adjustment in accordance with the DRDAP and Section 3.6 below. Sub-Phase boundaries shall correspond to the boundaries in the applicable Tentative Subdivision Map or as otherwise set forth in the Sub-Phase Approval. The Authority’s consideration and Approval of each Sub-Phase Application in the manner set forth in the DRDAP (each, as amended from time to time, a “Sub-Phase Approval”) is required before (i) the Authority’s consideration and grant of Approval of any Vertical DDAs/LDDAs for that Sub-Phase and (ii) the submittal of an Application to the Planning Department for a Vertical Approval for any Vertical Improvements for that Sub-Phase in accordance with the Vertical DDA/LDDAs.

  • Construction Phase Part 1 –

  • Development of the Project 4.1 TSP's obligations in development of the Project: Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the TSP at its own cost and expense shall observe, comply with, perform, undertake and be responsible:

  • Development Work The Support Standards do not include development work either (i) on software not licensed from CentralSquare or (ii) development work for enhancements or features that are outside the documented functionality of the Solutions, except such work as may be specifically purchased and outlined in Exhibit 1. CentralSquare retains all Intellectual Property Rights in development work performed and Customer may request consulting and development work from CentralSquare as a separate billable service.

  • Completion of the Project The Contracting Party shall complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and submit to the Board a Certificate of Completion on or before November 1, 2016.

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Commencement of Work Engineer shall not commence any field work under this Contract until he/she/it has obtained all required insurance and such insurance has been approved by County. As further set out below, Engineer shall not allow any subcontractor/subconsultant(s) to commence work to be performed in connection with this Contract until all required insurance has been obtained and approved and such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Approval of the insurance by County shall not relieve or decrease the liability of Engineer hereunder.

  • Completion of Improvements Within 90 days of completion of any construction herein permitted, Company will cause to be prepared and delivered to Authority record documents as required under the Tenant Work Permit process, including but not limited to as-builts, legal descriptions, boundary surveys, and certified final cost of construction. The submission of record document electronic media will be in accordance with Authority’s Standard Procedure for computer aided design and drafting and drawings, as may be revised from time to time.

  • Commissioning Commissioning tests of the Interconnection Customer's installed equipment shall be performed pursuant to applicable codes and standards. If the Interconnection Customer is not proceeding under Section 2.3.2, the Utility must be given at least ten (10) Business Days written notice, or as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties, of the tests and may be present to witness the commissioning tests.
