Vertical Improvements definition

Vertical Improvements means permits have been issued and construction has commenced on vertical Project improvements which include buildings, walls, swimming pools, etc.
Vertical Improvements means buildings, structures, and other works of improvement (including, as applicable, landscaping) to be constructed on the Property, as described in the Final Construction Documents.
Vertical Improvements means the improvements to be constructed under Vertical DDAs by Vertical Developers.

Examples of Vertical Improvements in a sentence

  • Developer shall require each Transferee to create and maintain, with respect to its development at the Project Site (excluding any Vertical Improvements), the same reports, records and information that Developer is required to create and maintain with respect to its development at the Project Site.

  • Developer or, with the Approval of Developer in its sole discretion, Vertical Developer, may submit Schematic Design Documents for Vertical Improvements for one Lot concurrently with, or at any time following, an applicable Sub-Phase Application.

  • This DRDAP sets forth the procedures for reviewing the designs, plans and specifications for Infrastructure and Vertical Improvements in the Project Site.

  • Following a Sub-Phase Approval, Vertical Developers (including Developer or its Affiliates when acting as a Vertical Developer or when building Infrastructure subject to this Section VII as described below) may seek Approval of Vertical Improvements within that Sub- Phase.

  • The ICT Rights shall be transferable by Developer and, to the extent that Developer Transfers portions of the Project Site to Vertical Developers as permitted in this DDA, Developer shall have the right to impose ICT requirements on the Vertical Improvements.


More Definitions of Vertical Improvements

Vertical Improvements means an Improvement to be developed under the DDA that is not Infrastructure or Improvements required to be Completed by Developer for the Open Space Lots. During each stage of the project design review process set forth in this DRDAP, Authority Staff and the applicant may approve changes to the scale of the drawings set forth herein. Recognizing that each Improvement is unique, the applicant and the Authority may approve changes to the type and scope of documents set forth in this DRDAP for a particular Application, including in order to ensure consistency with standards and guidelines in the Redevelopment Requirements. Construction Documents and other Design Documents to be submitted shall be prepared by an architect, landscape architect, or a civil engineer, as applicable, licensed to practice in and by the State of California.
Vertical Improvements means for a particular Phase, the buildings and other improvements specified for such Phase in the Development Plan.
Vertical Improvements means the buildings and other improvements to be constructed on the Site that do not constitute Horizontal Improvements.
Vertical Improvements means buildings and structures that are not part of the 2 Horizontal Improvements constructed on Lots transferred to a Vertical Builder. 3
