Submission of Construction Drawings. Tenant, the Architect and the Engineers shall complete the Construction Drawings in a form which is sufficient to allow contractors to bid on the work and to obtain applicable permits for the Tenant Improvements, and Tenant shall submit the Construction Drawings to Landlord for Landlord’s approval following Landlord’s approval of the Space Plan. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) completed copies of each of such set of Construction Drawings, all of which shall be signed by Tenant. Tenant’s Construction Drawings shall, at a minimum, comply with the format requirements of Schedule 2 attached hereto. If a Design Build approach is taken on the MEP design, Tenant shall submit those documents separately and they shall be subject to the same review and approval process as the Construction Drawings.

Submission of Construction Drawings. The Developer shall prepare and submit the following plans and drawings to the Agency, the City, the RWQCB, and all other appropriate regulatory agencies in accordance with Section 302.2: • Site PlanLandscape Plan, with hardscape plans • Grading PlanUtility PlanLighting Plan • Site Improvement Plan Within three (3) months after the later to occur of (i) execution of the Home Improvement Center lease, (ii) execution of the Major Retailer lease, (iii) waiver of lease contingencies in the Home Improvement Center and Major Retailer leases, and (iv) Agency’s approval of the Basic Concept Drawings and Design Development Drawings, Developer shall submit the plans and drawings for the on- and off-site work to the Executive Director. In the event that the Agency Executive Director disapproves the plans and drawings, the Developer and Agency shall engage in the Resubmission Process with respect to the plans and drawings until the parties mutually approve the plans and drawings.
Submission of Construction Drawings. The Developer shall prepare and submit Construction to the Agency, the City and the RWQCB. Within ten (10) weeks after Agency/City approval of Basic Concept Drawings and Design Development Drawings; provided, however, with respect to the Major Tenant buildings, within ten (10) weeks after the later of (i) Agency/City approval of Basic Concept Drawings and Design Development Drawings, or (ii) execution of such Major Tenant Lease.

  • Selection of Architect/Construction Drawings (i) Tenant shall retain an architect approved in writing, in advance by Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed (the “Architect”) to prepare the Construction Drawings. Tenant shall retain engineering consultants approved in writing, in advance by Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld (the “Building Consultants”) to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings and perform all work relating to mechanical, electrical and plumbing (“MEP”), HVAC/Air Balancing, life-safety, structural, sprinkler and riser work. (ii) The plans and drawings to be prepared by Architect and the Building Consultants hereunder (i.e., both the Space Plan and the Working Drawings, as each term is defined below) shall be known collectively as the “Construction Drawings.” All Construction Drawings shall comply with the drawing format and specifications reasonably determined or approved by Landlord and shall be subject to Landlord’s prior written approval, not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. All MEP drawings must be fully engineered or prepared on a “design-build-assist” basis with a Landlord-approved MEP basis of design (“BOD”), as prepared by an approved MEP engineer consultant. The MEP drawings cannot be prepared on a strictly “design-build” basis. Landlord’s review of the Construction Drawings shall be for its sole purpose and shall not obligate Landlord to review the same, for quality, design, Code compliance or other like matters. Accordingly, notwithstanding that any Construction Drawings are reviewed by Landlord or its space planner, architect, engineers and consultants, and notwithstanding any advice or assistance which may be rendered to Tenant by Landlord or Landlord’s space planner, architect, engineers, and consultants, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith and shall not be responsible for any omissions or errors contained in the Construction Drawings.

  • Completion of Construction Within 60 days of the completion of construction of the Project, Project Owner shall deliver to DoD copies of the FAA form 7460-2 for each ASN, including the final coordinates for each turbine erected.

  • Commencement and Completion of Construction The Company shall begin Construction Activities no later than January 1, 2014 (“Commencement Date”) and secure a final Certificate of Compliance by June 30, 2015 (hereinafter, “Completion Date”).

  • DAF Construction The DAF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Developer shall deliver to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO “as- built” drawings, information and documents for the DAF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Large Generating Facility and the DAF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the DAF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Developer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Large Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the DAF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Large Generating Facility. The Developer shall provide to, and coordinate with, Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO with respect to proposed specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Large Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • ICIF Construction The ICIF shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Good Utility Practice. Within one hundred twenty (120) Calendar Days after the Commercial Operation Date, unless the Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, Interconnection Customer shall deliver to Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner “as-built” drawings, information and documents for the ICIF, such as: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Generating Facility and the ICIF, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the ICIF, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer’s step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Generating Facility to the step-up transformers and the ICIF, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Generating Facility. Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and Transmission Owner with Interconnection Customer’s specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Generating Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications, if applicable.

  • ADDITIONAL CONSTRUCTIONS The Promoter undertakes that it has no right to make additions or to put up additional structure(s) anywhere in the Project after the building plan has been approved by the competent authority(ies) except for as provided in the Act.

  • Neutral Construction The parties to this Agreement agree that this Agreement was negotiated fairly between them at arm's length and that the final terms of this Agreement are the product of the parties' negotiations. Each party represents and warrants that it has sought and received legal counsel of its own choosing with regard to the contents of this Agreement and the rights and obligations affected hereby. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be deemed to have been jointly and equally drafting by them, and that the provisions of this Agreement therefore should not be construed against a party or parties on the grounds that such party or parties drafted or was more responsible for the drafting of any such provision(s).

  • Manner of Construction Landlord may impose, as a condition of its consent to any and all Alterations or repairs of the Premises or about the Premises, such requirements as Landlord in its reasonable discretion may deem desirable, including, but not limited to, the requirement that upon Landlord’s request, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, remove such Alterations upon the expiration or any early termination of the Lease Term, provided, however, Landlord may only require such removal if such Alterations are Specialty Improvements. For the avoidance of doubt, Tenant shall only be responsible for removing Specialty Improvements (hereafter defined), if at the time of its consent to such Specialty Improvements, Landlord advises in writing in its consent that Tenant is obligated to remove such Specialty Improvements at the expiration of the Term. “Specialty Improvements” means, collectively, any alterations, additions or improvements to the Premises which are not typical alterations, additions or improvements found in Comparable Buildings (and typical general laboratory improvements will not be deemed to be Specialty Improvements). Tenant shall construct such Alterations and perform such repairs in a good and workmanlike manner, in conformance with any and all applicable federal, state, county or municipal laws, rules and regulations and pursuant to a valid building permit, issued by the city in which the Building is located (or other applicable governmental authority). Tenant shall not use (and upon notice from Landlord shall cease using) contractors, services, workmen, labor, materials or equipment that, in Landlord’s reasonable judgment, would disturb labor harmony with the workforce or trades engaged in performing other work, labor or services in or about the Building or the Common Areas. Upon completion of any Alterations (other than Exempt Alterations), Tenant shall deliver to Landlord final lien waivers from all contractors, subcontractors and materialmen who performed such work. In addition to Tenant’s obligations under Article 9 of this Lease, upon completion of any Alterations (other than Exempt Alterations), Tenant agrees to cause a Notice of Completion to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo in accordance with Section 3093 of the Civil Code of the State of California or any successor statute, and Tenant shall deliver to the Project construction manager a reproducible copy of the “as built” drawings of the Alterations (other than Exempt Alterations) as well as all permits, approvals and other documents issued by any governmental agency in connection with the Alterations.

  • Inspection of construction records The Authority shall have the right to inspect the records of the Contractor relating to the Works.

  • Project Construction The Contractor agrees to provide continuous on-site supervision on each Job Order, while progress on the project is being accomplished. The Contractor’s Project Manager will ensure: 1. Coordination and providing supervision to all Subcontractor and workers; 2. Posting of the prevailing wage scale; 3. Maintaining a copy of the Contractors safety program manual made available to all construction personnel; 4. Conducting weekly on-site safety meetings; 5. Completing the daily labor and construction progress log on a daily basis and submit copies to the County on a daily basis. Copies of the previous day’s reports must be submitted by 9:00AM of the following day. a. Daily labor log is to include a listing of Subcontractor(s) and a count of workers by trade providing services for the day. b. Construction progress log is to include a narrative of the Work provided by trade(s). Narrative agrees to include the various areas of the jobsite where Work was performed and any problems or conditions that were encountered. c. In the event the Contractor fails to provide a daily log and/or construction progress log, the County may impose damages against the Contractor in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) for each log and deduct from the Contractor’s payment request, for each day the Contractor does not provide the documentation. 6. County may suspend Contractor operations if no Contractor Superintendent is observed. All delays caused by the suspension will be the responsibility of the Contractor. No time extension or claims for cost(s) associated with the suspension will be granted by the County.
