Landscape Plan definition

Landscape Plan means the Landscape Plan approved the Local Authority;
Landscape Plan means the landscape plan indicating the landscaping proposals for the Lot and including any amendments thereto approved by the Director of Lands pursuant to Special Condition No.(10)(a) of the Conditions;
Landscape Plan means a visual representation of the proposed layout of an outdoor space which shows the locations of proposed natural elements (e.g. flowers, trees, or grasses) to be planted as well as any native plants or trees proposed for removal. The plan shall be accompanied by a list of the species to be removed or planted and their quantities, as well as discussion of construction methods.

  • The Developer agrees to obtain approval of the Final Landscape Plan by the County Manager, prior to issuance of the Footing to Grade Permit.

  • The Developer further agrees that the approved Civil Engineering Plan shall conform to this Site Plan approval, the approved Final Landscape Plan, and the sequence of construction, and shall be consistent with all site plan approval requirements and all County codes, standards and specifications, and policies.

More Definitions of Landscape Plan

Landscape Plan means a site specific plan of the layout of plants to be planted;
Landscape Plan means a plan showing visible feature in an open space in a scheme such as walkway, green area, fountain, flower bed, grass and trees;
