Lighting Plan. Every application for a Site Development Permit shall include a lighting plan, sealed by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of North Carolina and with demonstrable expertise in lighting design and mitigation strategies, that shows existing and proposed lighting fixture types and locations, and indicating by isolux contour diagram and grid points the measured and calculated pre-development and post-development foot-candles at grade on property where lighting impacts are expected. The applications shall describe how lighting meets the goals of ‘dark skies’ lighting and complies with the lighting standards within the Agreement.
Lighting Plan. Prior to issuance by the City of any grading permit for the Property, Developer shall submit to the City Engineer and Delano Water, Light and Power Commission, and obtain the approval of the City Engineer and Delano Water, Light, and Power Commission of a final street lighting plan, which plan shall be consistent with Exhibit I of this Development Agreement, and all Plans referred to in Section 1 herein. This final plan shall include light pole and fixture design and location. Developer shall be responsible for the costs of all street light installation. All lighting shall comply with Section 51.03, Subd. D. 2 of the Delano Zoning Ordinance.

a. existing and proposed lighting fixture types and locations
b. isolux contour diagram and grid points with the measured and calculated pre- development and post-development foot-candles at grade on property where lighting impacts are expected.
c. a description of how lighting meets the goals of ‘dark skies’ lighting and complies with the lighting standards of the Development Agreement.
d. A demonstration that there is no increase in lighting foot-candle levels at the adjacent property line as a result of the project.
e. Demonstration that increases in illumination on property outside of the Carolina North Project do not result in lighting levels in excess of 0.3 foot-candles, measured at ground level.
f. Confirmation that, for property outside of the Carolina North Project where existing ambient lighting levels are in excess of 0.3 foot-candles, there is no increase in measurable lighting levels. (These lighting restrictions shall not apply to adjacent property outside of the Carolina North Project that is in the same ownership as property within the Carolina North Project.)
Lighting Plan. As part of Design Review, the Developer shall provide a lighting plan designating the lighting locations and lighting types in the interior, exterior, ground level parking areas, underground parking structure, and elevators.
a. Lighting provided on all exterior aisles and passageways shall have vandal-resistant covers and provide a minimum .25 f.c. lighting at ground level.
b. Open parking lot areas, and access thereto, providing parking spaces for use by the general public shall be provided with a maintained minimum of one (1) foot-candle of light or an energy efficient type, such as a high-pressure sodium or low wattage system, on the parking surface from dusk until the termination of business every operating day. Luminaries directed or shielded so as not to be visible to the surrounding neighborhood or cause off-site glare or nuisance.
c. Landscaping shall not obscure any security lighting or any windows or view of the building. 125. All building(s) located within eight (8’) feet of utility poles or similar structures that could be used to gain access to the building’s roof, windows or other openings shall have such accessible area(s) properly barricaded or fenced.
Lighting Plan. Further to subsection 3.6.1, prior to the issuance of a Development Permit, the Developer shall prepare a Lighting Plan and submit it to the Development Officer for review to determine compliance with Subsection 3.6.1 of this Agreement. The Lighting Plan shall contain, but shall not be limited to, the following:
a) The location, on the building and on the premises, of each lighting device; and
b) A description of the type of proposed illuminating devices, fixtures, lamps, supports, and other devices.
Lighting Plan. If not already provided, 7-Eleven will provide a lighting site plan. 7-Eleven does not display neon lights of any kind at our stores, and we use our window signs and storefront banners to advertise value propositions and new product offerings. 7-Eleven will specifically agree that the “Brewhouse Cold Storage” sign at the North Avenue site will be removed and replaced by a tasteful 7-Eleven logo. 7-Eleven will submit all exterior signage plans to the Eastside Improvement District No. 2, Architectural Review Board for approval as required. Consistent with the above paragraph, 7-Eleven will remove the neon ATM sign currently located in the window of the Oakland Avenue store.
Lighting Plan. Operator shall prepare a lighting plan with the purpose of demonstrating how Operator will mitigate lighting impacts beyond the Well Site. The plan will include provisions for installation of down cast lighting or some other form of lighting that mitigates light pollution and reduces spill-over onto adjacent properties; provided, however, that the Operator may still use lighting that is necessary for public and occupational safety and lighting as necessary for drilling and completion operations.
Lighting Plan. Prior to issuance by the City of any grading permit for the Property, Developer shall submit to the City Engineer and DMU, and obtain the approval of the City Engineer and DMU of a final street lighting plan, which plan shall be consistent with Exhibit G of this Development Agreement, and shall include light pole and fixture design and location. Developer shall be responsible for the costs of all street light installation. All lighting shall comply with Section 51.03, Subd. D. 2 of the Delano Zoning Ordinance.
Lighting Plan. Prior to issuance of a Zoning Compliance Permit, the developer shall submit site plans, sealed by a Professional Engineer, for Town Manager approval, as well as other required documents to satisfy the lighting requirements of Section 5.11 of the Land Use Management Ordinance including: submission of a lighting plan; providing for adequate lighting on public sidewalks, including driveway crossings; and demonstrating compliance with Town standards.
