Submission of Final Construction Documents. (90%) When the Construction Documents (60% Review) are approved by the Administration (whether as originally supplied or as subsequently revised to meet the comments of the Administration) then, unless otherwise directed by the Administration, within thirty (30) days following its receipt of the written notice of approval, Lessee or its Sublessee shall prepare and submit its Final Construction Documents (90% Review) submission to the Administration for its approval in accordance with the Administration’s Design Standards Manual. The Final Construction Documents (90% Review) submission shall include, but are not be limited to, the following:

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.

  • Inspection of construction records The Authority shall have the right to inspect the records of the Contractor relating to the Works.

  • Neutral Construction The parties to this Agreement agree that this Agreement was negotiated fairly between them at arm's length and that the final terms of this Agreement are the product of the parties' negotiations. Each party represents and warrants that it has sought and received legal counsel of its own choosing with regard to the contents of this Agreement and the rights and obligations affected hereby. The parties agree that this Agreement shall be deemed to have been jointly and equally drafting by them, and that the provisions of this Agreement therefore should not be construed against a party or parties on the grounds that such party or parties drafted or was more responsible for the drafting of any such provision(s).
