Submission of Grievance Information. Upon appointment of the arbitrator, the appealing party shall within five days (5) after notice of appointment forward to the arbitrator the submission of the grievance which shall be "a concise statement of the nature of the grievance, the provision of the contract applicable to the grievance, and the relief requested". The responding party at its option may also submit a concise statement of the nature of the grievance to the arbitrator.
