Common use of Submission of Grievances and Replies Clause in Contracts

Submission of Grievances and Replies. Grievances and grievance replies may be sent by registered mail, by hand delivery, email, or by courier. Written replies and notifications shall be deemed to be presented on the date which they are registered or accepted by a courier and received on the day they are delivered to the appropriate office. Facsimile communication shall not be considered as an acceptable delivery mechanism for the purpose of this Agreement.
