Subscriber Complaint Practices. 1. Grantee shall maintain a publicly listed toll-free telephone number and adequate telephone lines and personnel to respond in a timely manner to schedule service calls and answer Subscriber complaints or inquiries. Grantee shall follow all applicable federal and state regulations in responding to complaints by customers. A complaint as used in this Franchise will mean notice by a Subscriber of a billing dispute or problem with picture quality which is not resolved during or subsequent to the initial telephone or service call.
