Subscription Fees The Subscription Fee for Smart Configure, Price, Quote will remain fixed during the Subscription Term unless you: (i) exceed the Scope specified in the Order, (ii) give written notice for additional quantities of a Standard Sandbox and/or a Performance Sandbox, (iii) upgrade to a higher Edition package, (iv) subscribe to additional features or products, or (v) unless otherwise agreed to in the Order. Once increased as detailed above, your Subscription Fee will not decrease, even if there is a subsequent reduction in the actual Scope. You can learn more about how your fees may be otherwise adjusted in the 'Fees Adjustments' section below.
Subscription Fee Customer shall pay to Service Provider in consideration for Service Provider providing the Services, the subscription fee as agreed upon in the Order Form.
Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.
Subscription Price Each Warrant is exercisable at a price per share (the “Exercise Price”) of US$1.00. One (1) Warrant and the Exercise Price are required to subscribe for each share during the term of the Warrants.
Tuition Fees The Employer agrees to pay tuition fees for continuing education courses as follows: a) Employer initiated – 100% of course fees upon successful completion of course. b) Employee initiated – 50% of course fees upon successful completion. Courses must be employment-related and approved, in writing, by the Employer in advance.
Wire Fees The Transfer Agent may receive any fees then in effect as disclosed in the Fund’s Prospectus or which may be approved by the Trustees of the Trusts for executing a wire transfer of the proceeds of any wire redemption order placed by a shareholder.
Option Fee (1) The Joint Venturers will pay the Option Fee to the Water Authority in accordance with the provisions of this clause. (2) No Option Fee will be payable in respect of the Option Term prior to 1 January 1995. (3) Subject to the provisions of this Part, the Option Fee will be payable by the Joint Venturers to the Water Authority quarterly in advance, with the first quarterly payment of the Option Fee being due in respect of the Quarter commencing on 1 January 1995.
Collection Fees If collection fees are assessed or attorney’s fees are expended by the University in the process of obtaining unpaid housing charges, the student will be responsible for the payment of those fees in addition to the unpaid housing charges.
Processing Fees Developer shall pay all Processing Fees for Ministerial Permits and Approvals in the amount in effect when such Ministerial Permit and Approvals are sought.
Utilization Fees For any day on which the aggregate amount of Loans then outstanding exceeds fifty percent (50%) of the Commitments then in effect, or if any Loans remain outstanding after the Commitments have been terminated, then Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent for the ratable account of the Lenders in accordance with their Percentages a utilization fee accruing at a rate per annum equal to the Utilization Fee Rate on the aggregate amount of Loans outstanding on such date. Such utilization fee is payable in arrears on the last Business Day of each calendar quarter and on the Termination Date, and if the Commitments are terminated in whole prior to the Termination Date, the fee for the period to but not including the date of such termination shall be paid in whole on the date of such termination.
