Monthly Subscription Fee. If you selected a Think product associated with a Monthly Subscription Fee, as indicated in your Contract Summary, then, on your monthly utility invoice, Think shall charge you, and you shall pay, the Monthly Subscription Fee.

Subject to provisions of Clause 7.2 of this Agreement, the Broadcaster shall raise monthly invoices on the Operator for the Subscribed Channel(s) towards the applicable Monthly Subscription Fee, together with applicable Taxes, for the concerned Month on the Operator within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the Reports from the Operator.
5.2. For each Month or part thereof during the Term of the Agreement, the Operator shall pay to the Broadcaster the Monthly Subscription Fee which shall be calculated in the manner set out in Clause 6 of this Agreement.
5.3. The A-xx-xxxxx Rate of each Channel per Subscriber and Bouquet Rate per Subscriber is set out in Annexure A to this Agreement. The rates mentioned in Annexure A are exclusive of all Taxes.

5.4. During the Term of this Agreement, the Operator shall obtain the prior written consent of the Broadcaster for providing signals of the Subscribed Channel(s) to any other independent Cable Operator who has and/or had been receiving signals of the Subscribed Channel(s) directly from the Broadcaster and retransmitting the same to its subscribers through its analogue or digital addressable cable system. Further the Operator shall not be entitled to provide signals to such Cable Operators until such Cable Operator or the Operator clears the outstanding subscription dues payable by such defaulting Cable Operator to the Broadcaster. It is hereby clarified that the subscribers of such Cable Operator shall be included in the Operator’s Subscribers from the date of such arrangement to the end of the Term of this Agreement.
Monthly Subscription Fee. YSG will deliver to you a monthly statement of your Monthly Subscription Fee (“Monthly Statement”). The Monthly Subscription Fee for the first and last month of the Subscription Term shall be prorated to reflect the days in the month that this Agreement was in effect. Payments shall be due within twenty (20) days of the Monthly Statement date (the “Payment Due Date”). If You do not pay your Monthly Subscription Fee by the Payment Due Date, you will be responsible for a late fee (“Late Fee”), which shall accrue interest from the Payment Due Date until the date payment is received by YSG at the lesser of 1.5% per month and the maximum rate permitted under New York law. If You incur a Late Fee, it will be added to your next Monthly Statement. Any bank fees incurred by YSG Solar due to late payments or insufficient funds will also be passed through to You on your next Monthly Statement.
Monthly Subscription Fee. Subscription fee shall be due on the 1st day of each month in the amount(s) referenced below. Subscription fees are based on the Client’s age at the BEGINNING of the billing month.

Monthly Subscription Fee. Equivalent fee that the Customer would pay if the Fee were to be billed monthly (computed by dividing the Fee by the number of months within the applicable Subscription Services Term).
Monthly Subscription Fee. In consideration of Exodus’s integration of Provider’s API into the Exodus Unhosted Wallet software, Provider shall pay Exodus a monthly subscription fee based on a tiered system in which the Provider will pay $_____ per $________ in volume processed (the “Monthly Subscription Fee”), that will be paid by Provider in arrears, in Bitcoin or USDC on the last day of each calendar month. The first Monthly Subscription Fee payable under this Agreement shall be paid by the Provider on _________, 2024.
Monthly Subscription Fee. In recognition of the services and benefits provided by Profize Recruiting Partners, LLC, and the commitment of our esteemed subscribers, the following terms pertaining to the Monthly Subscription Fee are hereby established:
12.1. Subscribers of Profize Recruiting Partners, LLC commit to a minimum subscription period of either 1 month, 3 months, or 12 months, as specified during the subscription process.
12.2. The chosen subscription duration signifies the subscriber's commitment to use the platform for the agreed-upon period. Subscribers understand that the Monthly Subscription Fee remains constant for the chosen duration.
12.3. The Monthly Subscription Fee is determined by the chosen subscription renewal frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually.
12.4. The fee structure remains fixed for the entire chosen subscription duration, providing subscribers with predictable pricing and cost savings based on their renewal frequency choice.
12.5. Profize Recruiting Partners, LLC reserves the right to adjust the Monthly Subscription Fee structure, as deemed necessary, for new subscribers or renewal periods. Any fee adjustments will be communicated to subscribers in advance.
12.6. Subscribers are required to make timely payments for their chosen subscription duration, according to the established fee structure.
12.7. The Monthly Subscription Fee will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription renewal period (1 month, 3 months, or 12 months), using the payment method provided by the subscriber during registration.
Monthly Subscription Fee. In return for Company's obligation to provide all processing hardware and software maintenance and upgrades, including payor edits, hosting hardware and system upgrades, and for providing the other maintenance services set forth in the Maintenance and Support Agreement, Customer shall pay Company a monthly subscription fee of $52,500 (a "Monthly Fee"). This Monthly Fee shall be payable upon the commencement of Live Processing and monthly thereafter during the term of this Agreement. Payment shall be due within 30 days of invoice.
