Subscription Terms of Service. This subscription agreement (“agreement”) is a legal and binding agreement between you (“subscriber,” “you,” “your,” or “yourself”) as the end user, and BrowSAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd (opc), (“our,” “us,” or “we”). Please read this agreement carefully prior to using BrowSAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd (opc)’s services (the “services”). By registering for the services, you are consenting to become a party to this agreement and agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. If you do not accept and agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, please discontinue the registration process.

Subscription Terms of Service. Certain Services provided by IGN require registration and payment (such Services are referred to as the "Premium Services"). The terms and conditions contained in this Article II (the "Subscriber TOS") apply to each subscriber to a Premium Service, including but not limited to Arcade, FilePlanet, Ad-Free Network, Founders' Club, and Insider. THE SUBSCRIBER TOS IS IN ADDITION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE TOS, AND THE TOS IN ITS ENTIRETY APPLIES TO EACH SUBSCRIBER. PLEASE READ THE TOS, INCLUDING THE SUBSCRIBER TOS, CAREFULLY PRIOR TO COMPLETING YOUR REGISTRATION FOR A PREMIUM SERVICE.   • Terms of Service In a Cloud environment, Red Hat’s Software Subscriptions may provide you with access to the Software and associated maintenance (updates, upgrades, corrections, security advisories and bug fixes), if and when available, in the form of software images intended to be deployed as virtual instances. Payments to Red Hat for Software Subscriptions do not include any fees that may be due to the Vendor for the Vendor’s Cloud services. Red Hat is not a party to your agreement with the Vendor and is not responsible for providing access to the Vendor’s Cloud or any other obligations of the Vendor under such agreement. The Vendor is solely responsible and liable for the Vendor’s Cloud. You may use the Services only for your own internal use within the Vendor’s Cloud. Use of the Software Subscription other than as set forth herein, including either access to the Software and/or Services outside the Vendor Cloud will be subject to additional fees as set forth in Section 5 below.

  • Subscription Terms Contractor grants to a Purchasing Entity a license to: (i) access and use the Service for its business purposes; (ii) for IaaS, use underlying software as embodied or used in the Service; and (iii) view, copy, upload and download (where applicable), and use Contractor’s documentation. No Contractor terms, including standard click through license or website terms or use of privacy policy, shall apply to Purchasing Entities unless such terms are included in this Master Agreement.

  • ADDITIONAL TERMS OF SERVICE The following additional terms of service (hereinafter “Additional Terms of Service”) will apply in the event that You are purchasing or subscribing for one or more of the following Services in addition to the Terms and Conditions. To the extent that the Additional Terms of Services conflict with the Terms, the Additional Terms of Service, as may be applicable, will prevail.

  • Subscription Service PROS warrants that during the Subscription Term, the Subscription Service will conform in all material respects to the functional specifications set forth in the Documentation. Customer's sole and exclusive remedy will be the deployment of a corrected version of the PROS software application that is the object of the Subscription Service, or provision of a workaround, provided however if PROS fails to provide such remedy after using commercially reasonable efforts, Customer may exercise its rights herein for breach of contract, including, but not limited to, termination pursuant to Section 10.2.

  • Subscription Term The transfer of Software Subscription(s) to Cloud Access does not change the start date or the duration of the original Software Subscription(s) and once your Software Subscription expires, your access to the Software Subscription in the Vendor’s Cloud will cease, unless otherwise renewed. You may renew your Software Subscription with Red Hat directly or an authorized partner.

  • Purchase of Services Customer agrees to purchase the following products and/or services as further defined below in the quantity and for the prices described in Exhibit 1, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, and as further listed in the accompanying Order Form prepared and provided by SUDS or DRB (the “Order Form”).

  • ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
